Continual is all about increasing the effectiveness and memorability of Events by offering a tool (in the form of the AI-driven Continual Mobile App) that allows Attendees + Guests to interact leading up to, during and especially after an Event.

But, there’s a lot more to it than just that. We’ve put about $1M+ of tech into this beast, including cutting-edge, real-time GPS, geo-fencing, nearby detection, auto-check-ins, real-time Networking + Matching AI - to mention a few.

Best of all, we know people are busy, so it was all engineered and designed to be passive - meaning you set up your profile once - and it pretty much does the rest for the rest of your life - and that goes for Events Organizers, Venues, Attendees and Guests.


The ask is minimal, but the benefits are many, so we’ll just jump straight into it...

PARTNER COLLECTIVE BENEFITS

• You’ll receive your own fully-branded Events mobile app (an actual copy of the official Continual App) for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) for your market, neighborhood, area, company, etc. Or, you can simply opt to just be a Super Organizer on the official Continual App in the App Stores (see download buttons at the bottom of this page).
• You’ll receive fully vested Equity based on a $2.4M valuation. Yes, we are about to try to sell this thing - fast. So if and when that happens everyone will also receive a final cash payout based on their percentage of Equity owned.
• You’ll receive monthly revenue-sharing payouts based on the percentage of equity you own.
• You’ll receive the exclusive ability to send bulk-messages + notifications via Email, SMS Text Message, Private Inbox and Rich Push Notifications to the users/members in your market who are on the main Continual App.
• Your Events or Sponsored Messages and Banners will receive the highest-tier of Sponsorship and visibility within both the official Continual Mobile Apps and Online Platform (continualevents.com) - for life. So you’ll be able to promote pretty much whatever you want - within reason (our official terms will give more details on what isn’t allowed).
• You’ll receive private access to an online Voting Engine - that we custom built from the ground up, which will allow all members of the collective to vote on which new features we add to the master Continual App and the individually branded versions.
• You’ll receive up to $250/month in credit towards our soon to launch Loyalty System that’s currently hidden inside the Continual App and will be in all the individually branded versions too.

THE ASK

2,000 Partners max will be accepted and will split 25% of the Equity in the Company. There are also an estimated 33,000+ Zip Codes in the US alone, which our founding 2,000 Partners will receive premium access to (ie. the users in those Zip Codes).

The Ask: $25/mo for 12 months. The branded mobile app alone is worth that and then some. The ability to message people in your market is worth than and then some as well.
